Account deletion

You can ask us to delete your SafeAven account and associated personal data by sending an email from the address registered on your account. We use this step to confirm ownership before removing your profile.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@safeaven.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" (or use the button below to open your mail app with that subject filled in).
What to include
Please include all of the following so we can process your request quickly:
- Registered email — the email address tied to your SafeAven account (the message should be sent from this address when possible).
- Full name — as it appears on your profile, if applicable.
- Account type — for example customer or agency, if you know which applies.
- Confirmation — a clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
What happens next
We will verify your request and respond by email. After deletion, you may not be able to recover your account, saved preferences, listings, or messages. Some information may be retained where the law requires (for example short-term logs or records we must keep for legal or security reasons).
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or exceptional circumstances. We will confirm by email when processing is complete or if we need more information.
