The Service

SafeAven provides an online marketplace-style experience to help users discover properties and connect with agencies and related partners. Listings and third-party content are for informational purposes; we do not guarantee availability, pricing, or accuracy of any property or offer.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with applicable laws when using the Service.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
• Scrape or overload the Service in a way that impairs its operation.

Listings and transactions

Agencies and users are responsible for the content they post and for any agreements they enter into with each other. SafeAven is not a party to leases, sales, or other contracts between users unless expressly stated in writing for a specific product.

Fees and payments

Certain features may require payment. Prices and terms are presented at checkout or in product-specific terms. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for approved transactions.

Intellectual property

The SafeAven name, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host and display that content to operate the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
